Know about the planets Uranus

In 1781 William Herschel became the first person to discover the new planet called Uranus. Uranus is so far from the earth so ordinary telescope reveals almost no marking on it. But in 1986, Voyager 2 flew past Uranus,giving us our first close-ups of its bluish haze,its dark rings, and its unexpectedly varied moons. Uranus is a large ice-giant made up of gases like hydrogen,ethane,ammonia,etc. It is believed that there is a large mass of liquid water trapped in the inner atmosphere as it gives off water vapor . It is believed that the inner core is made up of rocks and ice. It has a ring system and also a magnetic field like other planets. Uranus rotates from east to west. Because it is tilted at an angle of 97.77degreed. It has 27 known satellites e.g. Miranda , Oberon, Titania etc,among which the largest is Titania.
