Life history of Rutherford and his models of an atoms and his experiment

Rutherford model of an atom

Lord Rutherford was born in 30 August 1887AD in a small village named Springgrob of New Zealand. He was the fourth son of his family. Rutherford was very talented from early age. He have deep interest on mathematics, physics and chemistry. He was always busy in reading and writing new things. At the age of 17 years Rutherford receive the junior scholarship from the University.  He went to big cities called Christchurch. He spend four years completing his degree. In 1907AD Rutherford went to the Manchester University. This was the biggest turning point of the Rutherford life. Rutherford continue his study and research. Rutherford discovered the nucleus present inside an atom and found that the atomic mass of an atom depends on the mass of nucleus. In 1908AD Rutherford received a Nobel prize in chemistry. Rutherford passes the alpha-ray through the thin gold foil and found important results from this experiment . He was  able discover the concept of nucleus in an atom in 1911AD.  Nowadays almost all know that nucleus is present inside an atom but in 1911AD it was very new concept. In 19th century the inner structure of an atom was a very difficult key topic for the scientists. Rutherford play vital role on solving the problems of atomic models. He became first scientists to perform scientific research on atoms and discovered subatomic particles. He also found that the dense positively charge nucleus are also present inside the atom. In 1909 to 1914AD Rutherford published a model of an atom which is nowadays called as the Rutherford model of an atom. In 19th century Henrik Hertz was working on electro-magnetic wave in Germany. Rutherford was interested in those electro-magnetic waves. He has made a device which can produce electro-magnetic wave inside an old room of university. He performed different experiment and published his scientific work to the public. All the great physicists were attracted by this 24 years New Zealand boy. In same year he received an scholarship from Cambridge University of England. In 1895AD Rutherford went to kaubedish laboratory. He was welcomed by the great scientists J.J Thompson. In the Cambridge lab he started to works on radiation. He discovered different types of rays emitting from the radioactive particles. He give them the name of alpha-ray and beta-ray. Rutherford used x-ray for the study of the atomic model. In 1817 AD Rutherford made another world record. He converts one particles to the another particles. By the help of alpha-particles Rutherford change a nitrogen atom into the oxygen atom. In 1919AD Rutherford became a president of Cambridge University. In the honor of him an element with 104 atomic number was given name as ruther fodium. In 1920AD ruther give the name proton to the nucleus of hydrogen atom. The Cambridge laboratory have make lot of progress under his leadership. He was very dedicated, hardworking and great scientists.  From his work Rutherford became the president of Royal society from 1925AD to 1930AD. In 1931AD he was honored with the title of Byron Rutherford of Nelson.  He was suffer from sickness for few days and died in 19th October 1937AD. His body was buried in West minstrel abbey with honor.>
