If you are a vegetarian you can have following items as the basic health tips

1.Weekly oil bath and a rub with sikkai in hot water improves the health of person.

2. Using raw vegetables like cucumber, radish with food, if suits ones body is good for health.

3. Cow's milk is rich in vitamins and is very good to keep up ones health.

4. Apple contains vitamins A,B and C, copper, potash, iron and phosphorus. It serves the purpose of food and very useful in stones in the kidney or bladder.

5. Banana is rich in protein , carbohydrates and vitamin B. So it serves almost as a food.

6. Buttermilk contains some calcium , phosphorus, iron and vitamin B.

7. Cabbage contains vitamins A, B and C , sulphur , calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium and potassium. It is rich in vitamin C.

8. Carrot is very rich in vitamins A and C,lime, phosphorus, iron, protein, fat and carbohydrates.

9. Coconut contains calcium, phosphorus, iron , proteins, fat and carbohydrates.

10. Fig contains vitamin B, potash, sodium, lime ,phosphorus and magnesium. It serves as toxic and laxative.

11. Fruits and vegetables are valuable foodstuffs and sources of vitamins and minerals.

12. Groundnut contains proteins of high quality and lecithin - it is equal to egg yolk.

13. Grapes , tomatoes,  leaves of green vegetables like lettuce ,cabbage ,spinach are valuable sources of iron. So one can maintain good health.

14. Lettuce , a green plant with large leaves used as a salad, contains iron, phosphorus, lime ,potash and vitamins A, B and C.

15. Molasses is rich in iron and carbohydrates.

16. Nuts like almond, walnut , are not easily digestible but they are rich in protein, fat and vitamin A.

17. Oranges contains plenty of vitamin C, protein, fat and calcium.

18. Pulses contain sources of protein and they are the most nutritious of all vegetables.

19. Tomatoes Contain calcium , phosphorus,  iron, vitamins A,B and C.

20. Black dates contain plenty of iron.
