1) Instead of breakfast juice, have a fresh orange, a peeled grapefruit with sliced apple.

2) Eat the valuable fiber in the skin of fruits and vegetables such as apples, peaches, tomatoes and carrots. Instead of mashed potatoes,eat baked potatoes with skins. Be sure to thoroughly wash them before taking.

3) Substitue a high-fiber version for foods you normally eat. Instead of white bread, rice or pasta, choose bran and whole grain breads, cereals, pasta and brown rice. As you gradually increase the amount of dietary fiber you eat , remember to drink more water too.
