Eat lots of fruits, vegetables rich in proteins and vitamins, soya milk etc. All these bring that lustre on your face. Another way is water therapy. Take warm water with Epsom salt and soak your feet in it. This will decrease swelling, and softened , gently wear it down with a pumice stone. You can also moisturise the area with calendula herbal cream or oil to help keep the skin soft and prevent painful cracking or otherwise you can even try lotions with lactic acid.
