What Einstein said about human brain

Einstein

Einstein said we only use 5% of our mind. Some scientists estimate we use much less. Scientific research shows that the human brain has a left hemisphere and a right hemisphere which are connected by the corpus collosum. During the first few years of life we use both hemispheres equally. We learn about 25 times as much per day in those early years as we learn per day as adults and then we begin to specialize.
Eventually the left hemisphere becomes the dominant hemisphere in nearly all human beings. We use very little of our right hemisphere, which includes the functions of creativity, intuition, humour, imagination, etc. Relaxation techniques and music seem to activate the right hemisphere and help one to use both hemispheres more effectively to speed up the process of learning and making positive changes.
