Comparison between the veg and non-veg diet
Non-veg are specially omni-non veg, who takes both veg and non veg items including milks also.
It's complicated to choose the right diets and we cannot said directly which one is the best. Some people became vegetarian as per their religious believe.

In Non-Veg diets:
Non veg diets including the milk etc contains the most important nutrition including Omega-3 fatty acid,zinc and vitamin B12. Although it have health benefits beside it red meats causes cancer, problems in liver,diarrhoea and increase blood pressure.
In Veg diets:
Veg diets which include regular vegetables doesn't have any negative impacts. But it may be insufficient diets. Human body needs Zinc, Omega-3 and Vitamin B12. So vegetarian should have to include other diets to meet the needs of human body. We get zinc from nuts and seeds,sunflower and pumpkin seeds. We get vitamin B12 from milk,curds,cheese and other dairy products. Also Walnuts, tofu, flaxseed etc are the source of Omega-3 fatty acid. If we can maintain above mentioned diets than we can say that veg diets is the best with no any side effect.
Morphological comparison:
It is seen that most of the carnivorous animals have sharp which is for piercing and tearing the flesh. Human have flat teeth which resembles the herbivores animals. Humans vestigial parts called vermiform appendix are found only in herbivores animals.
Impact in the world environment:
It is estimated that more than 18% more carbon released in the atmosphere is due to the meat farming in different countries. Also 80% of the world farmland is used to produce only 18% of the world non-veg calories. If all people adopt veg diets than no people will have to remains hungry.
Religious beliefs:
It is believed that the people who take meats will have to carry all the sins from that animal and will have fall in karma. During killing the animals it will produce lots of negative vibrations which will disturb life and brings lot of misfortune in life.
